To properly manage a woocommerce website we need to combine bulk edit tasks with quick edit tasks, most tasks can be done via bulk edit but many tasks must be done more carefully and with quick editing,
Product bulk edit app
we will use bulk editing for the following tasks:
- In-stock / out-of-stock changes.
- Category and tag assaining.
- Temporary or permanent sale (percentage).
These types of changes can be done via WEmanage mobile app by following tease steps:
- Click on the products tab on the app toolbar.
- Filter by category/tag/product type.
- Mark all products on the left side checkbox
- Click on “edit products” and chose your change.
- Click save and complete the task.
Product bulk quick app
we will use quick editing for the following tasks:
- Product and variation prices.
- Display and hide products.
These types of changes can be done via WEmanage mobile app by following tease steps:
- Click on the products tab on the app toolbar.
- Filter by category/tag/product type.
- Touch any product’s eye icon to show or hide from the site.
- See the price tab on top, click on it > click on product price to edit.
- See the stock tab on top, click on it > click on product stock to edit.
With quick edit capabilities, you can edit products in less than 2 seconds and give attention to all products even while editing many products at once.
